Step 1:
The Goal
Collecting accurate information related to Old National Bank’s workforce is important in ensuring they maintain a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture. ONB came to KNDRD with a challenge: to create a compassionate sense of empowerment, belonging, and safety as they encourage folks to claim their identity.


Step 2:
finding the gaps
We provided Creative Direction, Film + Photo Production, and Brand Development to bridge the gap between Old National Bank and its employees through a film narrative that showcased real stories.

Step 3:
To share this collective narrative, KNDRD created a film to represent unity and capture stories that articulate the unique journeys of three ONB employee resource groups. We created this narrative that showcased real stories and encourage sharing things that make us unique to present a theme of belonging.
The impact

Step 4:
KNDRD’s collaboration resulted in that sense of belonging becoming stronger, and 700% increase in employee resource group invites. We catered to the individual, and successfully bridged the gap between Old National Bank and their employees.
