Part 1
Where It Started
It started with a disconnect.
Being in rooms shaping stories that didn’t reflect where we came from, while knowing the depth of creativity that existed in community.
Part 2
Building the Ecosystem
So we built True Chicago—an ecosystem for young creatives to own their creative future. It came from recognizing that the people closest to the culture were often the furthest from the opportunity.
Part 3
Closing the Distance
As that work grew, we started bringing those same creatives into brand projects.
And we saw what changed when the work was built with people, not just about them.
Part 4
Community Then Culture
That’s when it became clear—community comes before culture.
Culture is what you see.
Community is the source.
And everything we build starts there.
